Events

When appropriate, the Chazen Museum of Art offers visitors special music and dance performances thematically related to its temporary exhibitions. Developed in collaboration with an academic department on campus or a community group, these performances generally take place in the museum's spacious Paige Court, in one of the galleries housing the related exhibition, or the outdoor, Artschwager-designed plaza at the south entrance of the building. On occasion, the Chazen has sponsored the presentation of music and dance performances related to its exhibitions in adjacent Mills Hall and the Wisconsin Theater in the nearby Memorial Union.
