We have been making steady progress toward the goal of building a welcoming addition to the Chazen Museum of Art for the UW–Madison campus, for the city of Madison, and for our neighbors in Wisconsin and beyond. The community-wide capital campaign entitled "Something for Everyone" aims to raise $9 million for the exciting 73,000 square foot addition, which will almost double the museum's existing gallery space and provide new storage space for the growing permanent collection of over 18,000 works of art. Total project costs will be $40 million.
