Chazen Museum of Art
Course-related exhibitions

Programs  UW Students and Faculty

The Chazen Museum occasionally presents art exhibitions that are directly related to courses taught at UW-Madison. These may either be brought in from other institutions or organized by the Chazen Museum's staff. Faculty members may serve as guest curators for the exhibition itself and/or as consultants for related educational programming. Such exhibitions should lend themselves to interdisciplinary use. Students can be involved in the preparation and organization of these projects. However, such projects do require significant lead-time (from one to five years) especially if loans from other institutions and/or the production of a catalogue are involved. Interested parties should discuss all such proposals with the museum director.
