Facility, Equipment, and Fees
The charges listed below are the cost to organizations or university departments for the use of the facility for full day or partial day sessions. Partial days include a morning, an afternoon, or an evening. Should the facility be used for less than a half day, the minimum charge for usage will be for a partial day. Fees are due and payable on or before the day of scheduled use. The fees are subject to change and may be reduced or waived for university departments at the museum's discretion.
Please think about your equipment needs ahead of time. Last minute requests to switch rooms or rent equipment may not be possible. The museum does not have a set up crew but may be able to provide an attendant for a fee. Please help us by making your requests no later than 2 weeks before your event.
