Reinsch (Madison, WI); 1912, sold to Charles R. Crane (Chicago, IL); 1913, gifted to the University of Wisconsin-Madison; 1967, transferred to the Elvehjem Art Center [now called Chazen Museum of Art]. (1) It was not included in the Morbio collection sale on March 22, 1892. *The object record does not make clear whether this work was in the possession of a gallery in Sigmaringen Castle, or a gallery elsewhere in the town of Sigmaringen.
