By 1934, Elkan;*after 1934, acquired by Vernon Hall (Madison, WI); 24 December 1973, gifted by Vernon and Sandra Hall (Madison, WI) to the Elvehjem Art Center [now called Chazen Museum of Art]. *Although the object file does not contain any more identifying information of this possessor than the name Elkan, there is a possible connection to the sculptor and medallist, Benno Elkan.
