Niclas Gulbrandsen

Niclas Gulbrandsen was a twentieth-century Norwegian graphic artist who dedicated himself to creating woodcuts. Working exclusively in black and white, Gulbrandsen developed a personal style characterized by a simplified cutting method and the use of bold parallel lines. He often made series of prints, many of which explore human figures interacting in different settings. This print is part of the series “Teater” (Theatre).
