Maser

Maser, the artistic pseudonym of Alan Hester, began his creative practice in 1995 as a graffiti artist in Dublin and established himself as one of Ireland’s leading visual artists working in the urban environment. Typography, letterforms, and sign painting influenced Maser’s early work, but his style increasingly transitioned towards geometric abstraction. His compositions often feature vibrant colors and the juxtaposition of flattened, simplified forms and striped patterns.
