ca. 1951, gifted by unnamed donor [1] to Barbara Mackey Kaerwer (Eden Prairie, MN); 29 October 1991, gifted to the Elvehjem Museum of Art [now called Chazen Museum of Art]. [1] – The object file contains a letter from Kaerwer dated May 1991, in which she explains the print “was given to me about 40 years ago.”
