Spring 2026 Visiting Artist Colloquium
Hannah Beerman's themes in her mixed-media paintings include play, loss, survival and desire. She includes wigs, clothing, food and more found objects and collage in her work. Beerman’s paintings have been exhibited at the The Brooklyn Museum, Anton Kern Gallery, Fredericks and Freiser, Kapp Kapp, Duck Creek and Stowaway among many others. She has lectured at The Cooper Union, RISD, NYU, Cornell, School of Art Institute of Chicago, and more. L140 Conrad A. Craig Drennen is a painter based in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Guggenheim Fellow. He is represented by Brigitte Mulholland Gallery in Paris and has had recent solo exhibitions at the Marietta-Cobb Museum in Marietta, Georgia, The Suburban in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Freight+ Volume Gallery in New York City. His work has been included in group exhibitions at Anton Kern Gallery in New York City and the Kunstverein Langenhagen in Langenhagen, Germany. Perry Price is the executive director of the Haystack Mountain School of Crafts on Deer Isle, Maine. He is a scholar of contemporary studio craft, material culture, decorative arts, and design. Prior to joining Haystack, he served as executive director of the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft in Houston, Texas, as director of education for the American Craft Council in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and as curator of exhibitions and collections for Fuller Craft Museum in Brockton, Massachusetts.
