Description

Join us for meditation with a calming backdrop – a gallery at the Chazen. This a free session and is open to students and Rec Well members! Please register in advance.

**Only open to UW students and Rec Well members**

Registration is required.

Research has shown that a regular mindfulness practice increases resiliency, focus, awareness, and attention. Our in-person meditation classes are a time to unwind and focus on the present moment. We will incorporate elements of guided meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation practices. No previous meditation experience is required. Chazen Museum of Art. 4-4:30 p.m. Cost: Free.
