Insider tips for visitors: One of my favorite views of Lake Mendota is from the bridge between our two buildings!

My Chazen moment: Having to stop my boyfriend from sliding on the railing down two flights of stairs in the Elvehjem building. It was a close call.

Person I’d most like to meet at the Chazen: I’d like to meet Jerry Seinfeld at the Chazen and ride around the galleries in a little car like he does in Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee but that probably isn’t allowed.

On Saturdays you’ll find me: On Willy Street grabbing a pastry at Batch Bakehouse, a coffee at Café Domestique and walking around trying desperately to pet other people’s dogs.

What I love about the Chazen: I love the collection, the buildings, and the community. To be situated so prominently on one of the best university campuses in the country is such a gift for the museum, and means that we’re always surrounded by the contagious energy of the student body—what’s not to love?

First job: Golf Caddy #1 (self-proclaimed) at the Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio.

My hobby/pastime: Cooking, baking, crafting, walking on frozen lakes with supervision.

Most unusual job: Mail fraud technician at the U.S. Postal Inspection Service (don’t ask).
